Customers can cancel bookings at any time before the scheduled service. Workers can also cancel service requests.
In case of booking cancellations, any payments made by the customer will be refunded by the worker manually.
Subscription charges for workers are non-refundable. Workers are responsible for ensuring that they purchase the appropriate subscription plan.
Please note that S N Enterprise does not process refunds. All refund-related transactions are solely between customers and workers.
